Terms and Conditions

Ordering

Orders can be made by post, phone, e-mail or via the website. If you order by e-mail or via the website you will get a confirmation e-mail. We aim to despatch your order on day of receipt (further conditions see Payment Options).

Postage

For mainland UK:

Orders up to 5 small craft kits: £ 1.50

Orders of large kits or more than 5 small ones: £ 2.50

Other destinations please ask for conditions.

Payment Options

We accept electronic transfer, cheque or PayPal as payment. If paying by electronic transfer orders will be despatched when payment has arrived in our bank account. Bank details will be included in the e-mail confirming your order. To pay by cheque please send your order and cheque to us at the address below. Cheques should be made payable to Inspired Crafts. You must allow five working days for cheque to be cleared before goods can be despatched. We only accept cheques from within the UK.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% happy then please contact us or return the item for a refund. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you in within 14 days of the sale date.

Damaged /Defective Goods Replacement

Items are carefully packaged , but sometimes damage does occur on route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement to be send to you.
